Now that summer is rapidly approaching, I thought I'd share one of my favorite summer foods--Grilled Chicken Summer Salad. I created this one, but please feel free to use it. You can substitute mandarin oranges for strawberries if you like. Enjoy!

- Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Breasts Strips, 3 ounces (85g)
- Organic Baby Spinach Raw 2 cups(85g)
- Spring Mix Organic Salad, 2 1/4 cups raw
- English Cucumber - Raw, With Peel, 8 slices (28 g)
- Raw Fresh Strawberries, 82.5 g
- David - Sunflower Kernels, Roasted & Salted, 1/8 cup
- Chopped Oven-Roasted Pecans, 1/8 Cup
- Ken's Steak House-Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing, 2 Tbsp
